The true soul of our school is the group of passionate and professional individuals who make up the teaching and guiding team. All are committed to the belief that each child has unique passions, talents and abilities; that each child can discover and cultivate their individual abilities if adults respond to their needs and if their environment is adequately prepared. We believe that learning that is based on lived and shared experiences is meaningful and lasting and we believe that by cultivating a strong sense of responsibility to oneself and the community, each child will develop a strong sense of self-esteem.
